Dear Coffee fans:

Tough Love is a many splendored thing.  So is coffee.  My roasting  is like a wave.  So is my tasting. I have sampled many cups of coffee along the way.  The tough love I now practice is throwing out a cup of coffee.  I do not do this well.  Some Corporate Giant talks about “Good to the Last D–p”. That phrase still hooks me..
