Working in Specialty Coffee I have learned that I do not know enough. My moving to Socorro, New Mexico started a micro revolution in the coffee business in Socorro. I have loyal customers, good but not exceptional coffees, and some issues with my roast predictability. Aging and stress have followed me around, too. …

Start off Lent with a cup of coffee and a thought…

New Kid in town . SCA Barista member, Welcome to our coffee world.

Getting ready to roast some coffee on request.

Selling Honduras Paca Vita Organic. Sourced through Genuine Origin/Volcafe Way/ Volcafe, this single origin certified organic coffee is plenteous here. I roast it almost to French.

We initially started Hobby-as-Therapy dba Outside Agitator Coffees LLC as a coffee roasting business with options to market brand identifiers ( clothing, aprons, shopping bags etc. ) to add to our bottom line.

We are also hoping that word -of- mouth will increase sales.
