It is a good day to be alive. Coffee is on the boil.

Last calendar year, Our company got kick-started. ” Hobby as Therapy dba Outside Agitator Coffees LLC” is now ” boots on the ground” in Socorro NM. All we need now is a steady stream of customers.

I am full of myself when it comes to coffee. I am self taught in the craft of coffee roasting. No one would take me on as an intern. So I used the skill of empathy to learn how to do it.

Good coffee goes with living.

Haven’t been heard from in a while. Still here attempting to sell some coffee.

Winter fast approaches. Our weather here in Socorro has been frigid. Already down to the upper teens. Our Farmer’s Markets have either stopped or minimized.

Hope grows for a good functioning year.

I have been training for my coffee business for five years.

I moved away from California for personal reasons and have been working on my coffee business. I am now legal in New Mexico. God willing, I will complete this journey to the South Bay ( Los Angeles ) and be able to apply what I have gleaned and absorbed.

Tough Love is a many splendored thing.  So is coffee.  My roasting  is like a wave.  So is my tasting. I have sampled many cups of coffee along the way.  The tough love I now practice is throwing out a cup of coffee.  I do not do this well.  Some Corporate Giant talks about “Good to the Last D–p”. That phrase still hooks me..
