I am full of myself when it comes to coffee. I am self taught in the craft of coffee roasting. No one would take me on as an intern. So I used the skill of empathy to learn how to do it.

I’m also a fan of anybody who has ever cranked out the right country music to make my road miles pass happily. And so on.
Am glad to become a customer, but the online world of transactions leaves me a bit cold. Therefore, shall make my way up there to the community kitchen one Saturday soon.

I will be at the Socorro Farmer’s Market at the Teen Center off Ake Street – near the Senior center this Saturday ( I would like to have been at the Amherst Railroad Historical Society’s annual Train Show in Springfield, Mass. Instead, but need to make some money and focus on here and now.
